When should I arrive for my appointment?

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows time for you to check in and relax prior to your treatment. Please note that your scheduled time is your purchased time. If you arrive late, you are depriving yourself of the full spa experience, as your appointment will end at the scheduled time.

Where should I park?

For your convenience, there is plenty of parking at no charge.

What should I wear for my treatment?

All services are experienced fully dressed. Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended

What if I’m running late? What happens to my appointment?

If you arrive late for an appointment, we can only offer you the remaining time of your treatment.  This policy allows us to stay on time for all of our clients so that waiting time is kept to a minimum.  Your treatment time encompasses your entire session.

What is your appointment & cancellation policy?

We require a credit card number in order to hold a reservation. We ask that cancellations are made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.  If not, your card will be charged 50% of the appointment fee.  There is a 100% charge for no shows.

Can I bring my cell phone in?

In order for us to provide a quiet and tranquil setting and for the comfort of all our spa guests, we ask that cell phones are either turned off or left in your car.

I remember how much I paid last time, are the prices still the same?

Prices are subject to change without notice. Please confirm prices when booking your appointment as our fee schedule may change before our website does.

Can you accommodate large groups or parties?

Absolutely!  Wedding, baby, and birthday showers, parties, and fundraisers are welcome. Please call us for arrangements. For parties of 3 or more, a gratuity of 20% will be added to the service total.

Can I request a specific therapist?

You may request a specific massage therapist while booking your appointment.  We cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfil your request at all times.  All Spa employees are trained to respect the privacy of our guests and to create a comfortable relaxing environment for all.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Gift certificates are redeemable for services only. Gift Certificates must be presented at the time of appointment. ALL gift certificates expire one year from the purchase date. Gift certificates are nonrefundable/non-transferable. Soles Foot Lounge cannot be responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. To preserve the harmony and serenity our guests expect, services may be denied at the discretion of the management.

Besides cash, what forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all debit cards as well as Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  Personal checks with ID are accepted as well.

Is tipping customary? Any guidelines?

If you are pleased with the services you have received, it is customary to give a 18-20% gratuity to each of your therapists. Cash preferred.
