Appointment & Cancellation Policy
We require a credit card number in order to hold a reservation. We ask that cancellations are made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.  If not, your card will be charged 50% of the appointment fee.  There is a 100% charge for no shows.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows time for you to check in and relax prior to your treatment. Please note that your scheduled time is your purchased time. If you arrive late, you are depriving yourself of the full spa experience, as your appointment will end at the scheduled time.  Treatment times encompass the entire session.

Customer Requests
You may request a specific massage therapist while booking your appointment.  We cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfil your request at all times.  All Spa employees are trained to respect the privacy of our guests and to create a comfortable relaxing environment for all.

Health Problems and Comfort Level
Please notify a Spa receptionist before booking treatments if you are pregnant, have allergies, high blood pressure, or any physical ailments or disabilities. This will alert our staff as far in advance as possible, enabling them to provide you with the best Spa treatment or therapy possible.  You may communicate to your massage therapist how you are feeling during your service. If there is anything special that you would like us to address please do not hesitate to inform the massage therapist.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Please confirm prices when booking your appointment as our fee schedule may change before our website does.

If you are pleased with the services you have received, it is customary to give a 20-25% gratuity to each of your therapists. Cash preferred.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for an appointment, we can only offer you the remaining time of your treatment.

Parties / Groups
Wedding, baby, and birthday showers, parties, and fundraisers are welcome. Please call us for arrangements. For parties of 3 or more, are subject to a standard and customary gratuity.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are redeemable for services only. Gift Certificates must be presented at the time of appointment. ALL give certificates expire one year from the purchase date. Gift certificates are nonrefundable/non-transferable. Soles Foot Lounge cannot be responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. To preserve the harmony and serenity our guests expect, services may be denied at the discretion of the management.

All services are experienced fully dressed. Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended

Cell phones
In order for us to provide a quiet and tranquil setting and for the comfort of all our spa guests, cell phones are prohibited. If you need to leave your cell phone on, please keep it in silent mode.

For your convenience, there is plenty of parking at no charge.
